Are you interested in buying a foreclosure? Here's my first advise: Get pre-approved for a loan. All short sales and bank owned properties will require a letter of pre-approval not just pre-qualified on a loan. There are few if any contengenties on short sales and/or bank owned homes. Normally they want to close in 30 days, 3 % deposit and their choice of service. Call your lender or email me for a referral. Foreclosures that are priced well by the agents go fast.
